There is no meal plan included as everyone has a different body. For customized meal plans and custom macros, you can discuss with Abi additional coaching to add onto your membership. You do have access to 300+ recipes created by Abi that are balanced and are what Abi eats to maintain a healthy and lean physique. Members have access to all the recipes, grocery store favourites, and additional nutrition tips.
Yes. The workouts are set in your calendar on your profile in the AR Fitness app but if you miss a day or need to change your workout days, you can click the workout to complete it based on your schedule.
